CALL FOR TUTORIALS
EUSIPCO is the flagship conference of EURASIP and offers a comprehensive technical program addressing all the latest developments in research and technology for signal processing. EUSIPCO 2020 will feature world-class speakers, oral and poster sessions, plenaries, exhibitions, demonstrations, tutorials, and satellite workshops, and is expected to attract many leading academic researchers and people from industry from all over the world.
The tutorial proposals will be judged by their technical quality, relevance, and timeliness of the topic, quality of the proposal, qualification of the speakers, and presence of similar topics or the same speakers at recent EUSIPCOs or other conferences. Eight three-hours tutorials are foreseen. No more than four tutorials will run in parallel at any time of the day. When registering, the attendees may choose up to one tutorial in the morning and up to one in the afternoon. Tutorials with less than 10 registrations a week after the early registration deadline will not be run unless otherwise explicitly decided by the Tutorials Chairs. The tutorial slides will be made available to the attendees via the EUSIPCO website, which can be accessed during the tutorial as wireless Internet access will be provided. It is the responsibility of the tutorial speakers to assure that no copyright problems are incurred with their presentation.
Prospective tutorial speakers are invited to submit their proposal via e-mail in PDF by January 17, 2020, to the Tutorials Chairs Béatrice Pesquet and Sundeep Chepuri via email@example.com indicating:
- Tutorial title
- Tutorial speakers(s): name, affiliation, email and web page
- Tutorial motivation and relevance
- Tutorial outline
- Short CV (max. two A4 per speaker) of all speakers
- Indication whether the same tutorial will be submitted (within 12 months) to one of the other conferences in the field (ICASSP, ICIP, …).
